30-Day Money-Back Guarantee

If you are not satisfied with InvestorRoll for any reason, you may request a full refund within 30 days of your first paid charge. To request a refund, email contact@investorroll.com with your account email and reason for the request. Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days to your original payment method.

Free Trial Period

Your 30-day free trial begins when you complete card setup. No charge is made during the trial period. The money-back guarantee applies to your first charge after the trial ends — not to the trial period itself (since no payment is taken during the trial).

After 30 Days

We do not offer pro-rated refunds for partial billing periods after the 30-day money-back window has passed. You may cancel your subscription at any time from your billing settings, and access will continue until the end of your current billing period.

Annual Plans

Annual subscriptions are eligible for the 30-day money-back guarantee from the date of first charge. After 30 days, annual subscriptions are non-refundable but you may cancel to stop future renewals.
