1. Acceptance
By using InvestorRoll, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
2. Service Description
InvestorRoll is a software platform for fund managers to manage investor records, calculate performance, and distribute statements. We are a software tool — not a financial advisor, broker, or investment manager.
3. Your Responsibilities
You are responsible for the accuracy of all data you enter, including investor information, capital figures, and transaction records. InvestorRoll calculates based on the inputs you provide — verify that your inputs are correct.
4. Prohibited Uses
You may not use InvestorRoll to facilitate illegal activity, misrepresent performance data to investors, or violate applicable securities laws.
5. Limitation of Liability
InvestorRoll is provided "as is." We are not liable for errors in calculations resulting from incorrect input data, or for financial decisions made based on the platform's output.
6. Subscriptions & Billing
InvestorRoll is offered on a subscription basis. By providing payment information, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis (monthly or annually, per your selected plan). Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless canceled. You may cancel at any time from your billing settings; access continues through the end of the paid period. Price changes will be communicated at least 30 days in advance. Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy.
